At Green Bean Grove, we believe everyone deserves access to quality nutrition support—regardless of income. That’s why we offer a sliding fee scale for our services, based on your household size and income.
This allows us to provide reduced-cost sessions for those who need it, while still sustaining our practice. We're not backed by grants or subsidies—just a commitment to making care accessible.
Sliding Fee Scale Application
Federal Poverty Guidelines

How It Works:
  • You complete a short application to request a reduced fee.
  • We review your information confidentially and follow up within a few days.
  • If approved, we’ll confirm your personalized session rate before your first appointment.
  • You can request a fee review at any time if your financial situation changes.

A Trust-Based System
  • Our sliding scale is made possible by honesty and shared values. By applying only when truly needed, you help keep this option available for others too.
  • Reduced fees are offered on a limited basis and may change if the program becomes financially unsustainable.
  • Misuse of the program directly impacts our ability to provide affordable care and maintain our services.

We understand that financial strain doesn’t always show up in federal poverty guidelines. Expenses like medical bills, caregiving responsibilities, student loans, or unexpected emergencies can significantly impact your ability to pay for care.

If your income is above our sliding scale thresholds but you’re experiencing financial hardship, please don’t hesitate to let us know in your application. We’re committed to working with you to find a rate that’s fair and sustainable for both of us.
